My guide was Otilia. Time planning was great, we had sufficient time at all destinations and attractions on the journey. Otilia was a knowledgeable and passionate guide who really shared a lot of stories about Romanian history which I found very interesting myself. However, we were unable to enter Peles Castle unless we paid extra, close to 30 euros, which is too much.

Both the House and the parliament are well worth visiting. Staggering in their opulence and folly. Stefan the guide was excellent, engaging with a great personality and an easy slight accent to listen to. Made it a real pleasure to understand this historical period. The required guide in the Casa Ceaucescu was robotic in her delivery - wish we had Stefan! The driver started to drive without waiting a moment for people to be seated which led to people almost falling - every time.

Emmanuel our guide was phenomenal. The trip was exactly what I was looking for! The pickup point was easily accessible by public transport, the tour bus was comfortable, and the visited locations were beautiful. Thank you!
