At first, I didn't understand how to set up the phone, but customer support quickly helped me figure it out, sending detailed instructions for my iPhone. I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.★
