The day before boarding, I was told to arrive 25 minutes early, as the bus was scheduled to arrive 20 minutes earlier due to traffic conditions. However, the bus arrived more than 10 minutes later than scheduled. Many people shivered in the cold and were worried. The bus didn't arrive, and I couldn't contact the company, which made me even more worried. I caught a cold that day, which disrupted my schedule. The bus was very cold and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. The good thing was that the company responded quickly, except on the day of boarding. I also appreciated the ability to safely store my luggage in the car while I was exploring Huanglongjiuzhaigou.★

It was convenient and cheap. Driver was good at navigating amidst the snowy winter weather. Downside was we had to wait for 10-15 mins before bus arrived at the meeting point. Meeting point was few km away from our hotel and had to take taxi cuz it was freezing to walk with kids from our hotel. Overall was good and recommend if you’re on a budget.★
