Jiuzhaigou Day Trip Departing from Chengdu/Jiuzhaigou/Huanglong Station: Chinese/English Speaker, Comfortable Small Group Tour
Visitors departing from Chengdu can take a high-speed train (including a round-trip second-class ticket) to Huanglong Jiuzhaigou Station (or Songpan Station). From there, transfer to a chartered bus directly to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. If you choose a package that includes tickets, the driver will assist you in booking and redeeming your ticket for the combined sightseeing bus. Upon entering the park, you can board the sightseeing bus and begin your tour. Upon entering, it's recommended to take a sightseeing bus to the primeval forest at the top of Rize Valley. Descending along a wooden plank road, you'll discover the tranquility of Arrow Bamboo Lake, the clarity of Panda Lake, the vibrant colors of Five-Flower Lake, and finally the dynamic cascade of water at Pearl Beach Waterfall. In the afternoon, transfer to a sightseeing bus to Zechawa Valley. The vast expanse of Changhai Lake contrasts with the austere mountains, while the smaller Five-Color Pool displays distinct layers of color due to mineral deposits. Finally, we return to Shuzheng Valley, admiring the spectacular sight of the cascading waterfalls of the Shuzheng Group of Lakes, where they connect to one another. Stroll along the banks of Sparkling Lake, observing the play of light and shadow on the water. The journey concludes at Nuorilang Waterfall, where the vast waterfall and roaring waters echo. In the evening, we'll return to Huanglong Jiuzhaigou Station by bus and board the high-speed train back to Chengdu.
Chartering a car directly from Huanglong Jiuzhaigou Station offers a more compact and flexible itinerary. Ticket holders can have their driver make reservations on their behalf, allowing for a more efficient tour upon arrival: First, delve into Rize Valley to capture the vibrant colors of the lakes, then journey to Zechawa Valley to contrast the contrasting styles of Long Lake and Five-Colored Pools, and finally descend along Shuzheng Valley for panoramic views of waterfalls, lakes, and Tibetan villages. Ticket holders without tickets enjoy flexible ticket purchase and entry times, with chartered vehicles offering stop-and-go options throughout the entire journey, perfect for travelers who prefer a more personalized pace. Regardless of your choice, Jiuzhaigou's lakes, mountains, and cascading waterfalls are presented in their most authentic form, leaving you with a memorable day spent embracing the interweaving of nature and culture.
Important Note:
1. If you choose Chengdu as your departure point, we will need to book a train ticket for you. Regulations require real-name booking for this purpose. Please keep your contact information open. Our customer service will contact you after you make your reservation and will need you to provide a photo of your passport/Home Return Permit/Taiwan Compatriot Certificate so that we can book your train ticket in a timely manner.
2. Please be sure to download WeChat (China's most commonly used and convenient social software) in advance before your trip to facilitate your driver (or tour guide) to contact you. Kind tips:
1. If departing from Chengdu, your trip includes a round-trip second-class train ticket (from Chengdu to Huanglong Jiuzhaigou Station or Songpan Station, please refer to the actual train ticket booking) and scenic spot entrance fees. (Due to the high season shortage of second-class train tickets, we will do our best to secure a ticket for you after booking. If second-class seats are sold out, we will book a non-reserved ticket for you. Please be advised!)
2. If you choose to depart from Huanglong Jiuzhaigou Station, your trip fee does not include round-trip train tickets. You can freely choose whether to include tickets
3. Due to the uncertainty of mountain road conditions during winter and the frequent occurrence of inclement weather, mountain closures may be implemented. If a mountain closure occurs, you can choose to reschedule your trip or we will provide you with a full refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
