Our guide was very informative and did a good job of engaging the group. It was a rainy day and she found places under cover for us and also adjusted what we were doing to match the entry times to the museums. The addition of a bus ride due to the rain was greatly appreciated! One suggestion is to make meeting place instructions clearer and to make sure the phone number on the reservation materials is in service.
