Since I had come all the way there, I decided to go up to the rooftop terrace. As you'd expect from Milan's biggest tourist spot, there were a lot of tourists. There were many areas under construction, but the view was great. When I came down from the rooftop terrace, I was suddenly engulfed in the solemn atmosphere of the interior. I'm not a Christian, but the atmosphere of the mass was so pleasant that I spent nearly an hour listening to it.★

Unfortunately, we had to miss the tour but our guide ensured us that we could still claim our tickets at the kiosk. We were able to go later in the afternoon and had a great time!
