Basically, go to one of the bus stops to have your reservation converted into a voucher. Only with these vouchers can you then go to the Belvedere and Shombrung ticket offices to get your tickets... and it's not guaranteed that you'll be able to get them for the same day.

Fantastic tour of Sconbrunn Palace and Gardens. Our guide, Petra, was exceptional, very knowledgeable, and friendly. She provided us with extensive explanations and interesting facts about the royal dynasties, Austrian history, and the castle without ever being boring or banal. A 10 out of 10. Thank you, Petra.

First, we took a bus tour around the city's major attractions. This was a great experience, giving visitors a glimpse into Vienna. Then we headed to Schönbrunn Palace. There were no shopping stops along the way, which was fantastic. Upon arriving at Schönbrunn Palace, there was a guided tour, which was also a very good experience. Overall, it was excellent.
