Many thanks to our tour guide, Liu Qian, for her unwavering companionship and patient explanations throughout the trip. The experience was superb; her narration truly possessed a subtle, pervasive quality. She patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions, from the age of the buildings to their historical stories. Even more remarkable was her ability to break down complex history into something light and engaging, explaining the details of the artifacts in the simplest language possible. Along the way, we not only saw the scenery but also gained a deeper understanding of the stories behind it. Such professionalism and patience deserve full marks!

"Teacher Liu, the top scholar from Beijing," was exceptionally patient, professional, and meticulous in his explanations. He brought the history, culture, and architectural symbolism of the Temple of Heaven to life in a vivid and easy-to-understand way. He patiently answered questions throughout the tour, and his pacing was just right. He not only allowed us to see the scenery but also helped us understand the stories behind it. His warm and considerate attitude and attentive service made the experience incredibly rewarding and comfortable. It was a fantastic guided tour experience, and I highly recommend it!

Amazing! Our tour guide, Jay, was great! Fluent English, great explanation, very helpful when you have questions. One of the best tour guides I’ve had so far since arriving in China. The places we visited are also beautiful. But since we’re trying to squeeze everything into 1 day, obviously, you won’t have detailed history of each place. Jay did his best though IMO. The lunch was also good. Got to taste 北京烤鸭 (Beijing duck), Kungpao chicken, and plenty other dishes (can’t remember the name though).

Highly recommended! The tour includes information about the wall, an entrance ticket, and roundtrip transportation from Dongzhimen Station. Please note! A guide will not accompany you to the wall (they are not necessary). You must purchase cable car/sled tickets separately, or you can buy them from the guide on the bus (they are the same price). There are two routes to choose from: the red route from the 14th to the 20th towers - the most beautiful views, an uphill climb, and a roundtrip indoor funicular ride (140 yuan); the green route from the 6th to the 1st towers - the views are also beautiful, but not as breathtaking, an open funicular ride, and a sled/funnel ride (140 yuan). You can also combine them! I personally chose to only take the red route on the closed funicular and walk from the 14th to the 19th tower (I didn't have enough strength to go any further), then the return route from the 19th to the 6th tower and a sled ride! It cost 200 yuan. The whole journey took me 3.5 hours. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the guide, Maxim; he explained everything in detail, gave advice, and answered the group's questions. Thank you for the trip and the great atmosphere!

From the moment I placed the order to the successful completion of the day trip, the experience was absolutely fantastic. A special shout-out to our guide, Liu Depeng—his service was impeccable! From picking us up and arranging the itinerary to explaining each attraction, he was meticulous and thoughtful in every aspect. Not only was his service incredibly friendly, but more importantly, he possessed a profound cultural knowledge. His explanations never skimmed the surface; he effortlessly weaved in history, anecdotes, and folk customs, making them vivid and engaging. Every step of the way was scenic, every detail explained, and each explanation was enhanced with his own unique flair, occasionally interspersed with suspenseful tales to keep us on the edge of our seats. Other tourists were even drawn to listen in, demonstrating just how captivating his explanations were. There were absolutely no hidden costs or deliberate attempts to get us to shop—pure, sincere, and professional. In short, today's trip was not just sightseeing, but a truly immersive cultural experience—perfect.

Xiucai said that Guide Li (Xiaohai) took me to visit the Forbidden City. The Forbidden City truly deserves its reputation as one of my country's and even the world's most precious cultural heritages. The magnificent palaces and exquisite treasures were breathtaking and unforgettable. The mysterious court history and the rise and fall of the Ming and Qing dynasties evoked mixed feelings in people's hearts. Guide Li's explanations were meticulous and vivid, combining engaging stories with detailed historical facts. He also shared many fantastic photo spots and suggestions for future visits. Very helpful! In short, this trip to the Forbidden City was well worth it. My child was also deeply educated and inspired; for three hours, he followed Guide Li closely, listening with rapt attention! 😀
