Meet at meeting point: The intersection of Vendue Range and Concord Streets. Our guide will be standing near the water fountain in front of The Joe Riley Waterfront Park. You should see The Harbourview Inn across from this fountain also.Attractions and Activities: Old Exchange and Provost Dungeon (At your own expense) Stop by The Old Exchange & Provost Dungeon, one of the most haunted buildings in Charleston. Since the late 1600s, the Exchange and Dungeon have existed in one form or another.
