Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

- The itinerary will be changed according to the actual weather conditions (if the weather is bad, we will change from Mun Island to Coral Reef)

- We only provide transfer service in Nha Trang city center. Visitors staying in resorts/hotels in Pham Van Dong Street, Vinh Hai Ward, Vinh Hoa Ward, Vinh Luong Ward, Nguyen Dat Thanh Street, Cam Ranh/Long Beach (Bai Dai) and other locations outside Nha Trang city center need to go to the Tra Huong Pagoda by themselves.

- Cruise ports provide transfer service for tourists.

- We will contact you via WhatsApp/Line/Zalo/Viber/Wechat/Kakaotalk etc., so please provide us with the correct number/account ID.
