The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, which made getting around very manageable. This was a 2 part tour. The Academia tour was lead by a lovely Danish woman. Tour was very informative and was just detailed enough. Uffizi tour was led by Claudia. This museum is SO large and it was great to visit to the masterpieces chosen by her. Because we visited in the off season, there were no crowds and we had plenty of time to enjoy each room. Claudia recommended 2 fantastic gelato spots and we loved them! Highly recommend this tour

Had a great day trip to Cinque Terre and Pisa with our tour guide Nathan Smith! He was lovely, friendly, knowledgeable. He also shared with us his photography expertise and also entertained us with fun facts and comedy SNL skits during the bus ride. Cinque Terre was beautiful. The weather was really hot when we went there so we appreciated that the hike at Manarola was not too long but comfortable and it got us to the scenic photo worthy spots. Also appreciated the lovely meal recommended by our tour leader at Monterosso. At the end of the tour Nathan also suggested some fun and popular food options back in Florence that were really great to explore and experience. Overall enjoyed the tour very much and thank you City Wonders Team for executing a wonderful beach getaway.


