I was planning to scout out the bus stop from Termini Station to Fiumicino Airport before making a reservation. There was a staff member there, and when I asked about tickets and the bus, they kindly answered all my questions. Also, the reservation tickets for this bus were cheaper than other airport buses, so I bought them on the day. Showing the voucher was all that was needed. The departure time was accurate, and we arrived in about an hour.

Audioguide in Polish, no QR codes. You get headphones, set the language (Polish), and explore. In my opinion, it's the perfect solution for a first visit to Rome. The location is near Termini station, so there's no chance of getting lost. I recommend it.

Sharon was very knowledgeable & brimming with facts of Rome. Clearly very enthusiastic lover of her adopted city. Took us to the highlights + lesser known back streets away from the crowds into charming neighborhoods that we will return to explore. Would book a tour with Sharon again!


