From the driver to the boatmen to the firefly tour guide to the waitresses at the seafood restaurant- everyone was extremely polite and professional. In particular, the guide was very patient in explaining to us everything about fireflies and locating the fireflies. The seafood dinner was also yummy and fresh and portions generous. Highly recommend the trip.★

The tour guide is very friendly and provided a good customer service. Overall the itinerary planned was good, relax and remain flexible as we have kids. Price is reasonable given the expenses in the island consider tourist spot. Highly recommended.★

We had an amazing daytrip to Bintan with our guide! He drove us to the mangrove where we had a private boat guide who sailed us around for just under an hour. We were then recommended an amazing lunch spot with fresh seafood you quite literally pick out which was delicious. Our guide then took us to the blue lake and sand dunes and led us around and took pictures of us! As we had a few hours left before our ferry he took us to a great souvenir shop which was incredibly expensive as well as a coffee plantation where we had a guided tour and enjoyed the local products. We had an amazing day all made possible with our guide would absolutely recommend!!
