Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

- Guest must reconfirm their tour by checking-in online (further details on your voucher)
- Children are permitted on the tour, but must be 21 or older to sample wines
- Wineries may vary by day and availability. The tour route and some stops may vary due to the weather and traffic conditions
