Excellent value for money.
The most memorable part was making the pasta for ravioli and tagliatelle. It exceeded my expectations. Roberta, a great chef and a wonderful teacher, shared her passion and excellent technique. She was in such a good mood that she kept the group going at 9:00 AM on January 1st!
Almost 5 hours of cooking class with tasting and lunch included. Fantastic! Thank you, Roberta, I enjoyed learning from your culinary wisdom. Hugs★

This class stood out as highlight in a trip full of highlights. I cannot recommend the class enough. I hope to one day return. The view, the staff, some of the best pasta I had my entire trip, there is nothing but overwhelming positive things to say. A trip to Florence is incomplete for me now without Francy’s Pasta class.
