The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. We had a great experience on this Tuscany tour. Everything was very well organized and ran smoothly from start to finish. Ricardo was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the day truly enjoyable. Frederico drove safely and professionally, making us feel comfortable the entire time. We really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this tour!
