How to use
After purchase, contact Gray Line Orlando to select pick up location and time. All guests are collected from a meeting point location (not the Gray Line office). We have locations in International Drive, Universal, Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee, and the Disney areas. Please contact the tour operator in 48-24 hours ahead of your booked date to arrange your location choice. It is recommended to arrive your meeting location at least 5 to 10 minutes prior to the departure time.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
- This tour can be cancelled or changed without penalty up until 24 hours prior to tour departure. Within 24 hours of tour departure there are no refunds for cancellations or changes
- This activity is continuing to operate with added health and safety measures. These include deep sanitization on vehicles daily, cleaning of high touch points multiple times a day, hand sanitizer available for all guests, and face masks required when indoors and in confined spaces (including onboard tour vehicles and inside in some venues)
