I had the most incredible evening with Bruna learning to make pasta! We crafted tagliatelle, ricotta cacio e pepe ravioli and even tiramisu and chocolate gelato. She shared her techniques, tips and secrets. Bruna was truly excellent, so kind and generous. She even treated us to organic rose wine and homemade limoncello. Thank you, Bruna you are fantastic!
