Hotel pickup service is included. Please provide your hotel information, email and phone number at the time of booking.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

- Pregnant ladies and people with back problems

Know in advance:
- Please confirm the pickup time and location directly with the local operator. You'll find the contact details on your voucher after booking
- Tour duration and pickup time are subject to change due to operating conditions and hotel location
- The tour is available in several languages. If the minimum number of participants isn't reached or the relevant languages aren't available, an English-speaking guide will be the alternative
- Goggles and scarves are available on site — if needed — against an extra charge to be paid in cash in local of foreign currencies (EUR, GBP, USD or CHF)
Remember to bring:
- A small bottle of water, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a camera
- A casual outfit and no jewelry on the trip. It's highly recommended to wear long trousers while driving the quad, just in case your legs may touch the quad bike's engine
- A photocopy of your passport / ID
