The booking process and information provided for managing seats was great. However, the location of the booking confirmation that needs to be presented at the port is somewhat confusing. Furthermore, there's no information about the cost of carrying luggage and paying the port porters. They charge 200 PHP for porter services, and for the luggage (two large and two small bags), I had to pay 700 PHP. Only the first 10 kg are free. If I had to give a score, I'd give 10 for the ease of managing tickets and the information provided, and an 8 for the lack of information about extras.

Most fun I’ve had in a long time! Nana and the rest of the staff made us feel very safe during the entire experience while still joking around and making it tons of fun. They encourage you to get out of your comfort zone but never force you to do anything, which was a relief since I decided not to do a couple of the more challenging jumps. Also, they took the most amazing videos and photos I could have asked for! (Be sure to trust them with your phone, they have the balance of mountain goats and will NOT drop it! 🤣) Even as someone who has never done Canyoneering I didn’t feel like it was too demanding and again, I felt very safe doing this activity with these guides. Cannot recommend them enough! Tip: ask for the 6am tour! You will be waiting for hours if you go later in the morning! Tip 2: be sure to pay extra for the zipline! You won’t regret it!
