The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. I searched for "Shuttle bus to Malpensa Airport" on Google and it said I could find the location, but it was actually a little off the mark and I ended up just getting on one of the many buses lined up on the main road. It's great because it's several times cheaper than a taxi.★

I had a great trip today, tour well organised and the guide told us everything clearly and was really helpful. The red train Journey was out of this world. Stunning scenery. We had enough time in St Moritz also
