Arrived in the afternoon, only queued for 10 minutes. I recommend booking in advance because if you don't, you'll have to queue for an hour or more. There are staff holding signs waiting for you.

We booked with a small group instead of large, and the guide contacted us personally as well as picked us up from our hotel, the guide was there whole time, explaining and assisting with everything, at the same time gave us the free time on our own to hangout and explore, trip was fantastic but too crowded with many tourists

The e-SIM activated immediately upon disembarking. For some reason, the connection on Phu Quoc Island was mostly 4G. But in any case, the internet worked well, and social media was fine.
