A Visit to Four Temples in Chiang Rai
In the morning light, the White Temple, pure white as a mirror, reflects a sacred glow, while the Bridge of Helplessness lies serenely beside the turquoise pond. The Blue Temple, indigo-washed with gold, resembles a deep-sea palace under the bright sun, its eaves chiming in the breeze. The Black Temple, with its forest of black wood, stands solemnly and mysteriously against the backdrop of greenery and sunlight. The Red Temple, with its bright vermilion walls and upturned eaves reflecting the blue sky, is surrounded by lush vegetation, the gentle sound of Buddhist chants filling the air with a sense of exotic tranquility.★

Our group of 12 people from three families made it a perfect group, allowing for precise time management. The tour guide and driver arranged by the travel agency were both good, although the vehicle was a bit old and there were many mosquitoes as soon as we boarded.
In terms of the itinerary, the places we visited were all quite good. Chiang Rai hot springs, Long Neck Village, Black Temple, White Temple, and Blue Temple are all worth visiting once, but not twice. The kids had a great time playing on the seesaw at the Black Temple, and the small shops outside the temple sold sweet and delicious mini pineapples for 20 baht a bag.
For international travel, booking through Ctrip is definitely the most reassuring option; everyone, young and old, had a great time.★

This tour was great value for the price! I became friends with the guide, and he was very kind, even giving us fruit along the way. There was a lot of long-distance travel, so it would have been perfect if the van had been a little more comfortable!★

We were looking for a tour company that could accommodate us the day before our tour. Other companies refused because it was such short notice. This private tour company was the only one that accepted us even on such short notice. Their communication was polite and speedy. They arrived exactly on time for pickup and accommodated all our requests to visit the places we wanted to go. I think we were able to have such an experience because it was a private tour. Thank you for a wonderful experience.★

I was looking forward to this Chiang Rai trip knowing that there are a few places that I really wanted to visit. But we had a little hiccup when driver came and brief us about the tour itinerary which sounds different from the booking I made from Trip.com. He mentioned only 3 temples visit and Golden triangle which was not right. As he continue to drive, he was telling me that the trip does not cover lunch, no entrance fee for Long Neck village and no hotspring. I was started to get disturbed as I remembered we specifically wanted to visit these places of interest and he was telling me it doesn't covers?? I decided to whatsapp the agent in Chiang Mai and clarify with them. Thanks to their understanding, they managed to find my booking and rectified it in time. Despite the misunderstanding earlier, I really enjoyed the cruise at Golden triangle, the Long Neck village and the architecture of the white temple.
