The overall service and itinerary were excellent! However, one male attendant managing the fishing was extremely rude and unpleasant! The fishing session lasted about ten minutes. After finally catching all the fish, I was in a rush to reel them in and tangled the line! A male attendant, with a terrible attitude, grabbed the line from my hand without explanation and threw both the fish and line back into the sea. He was incredibly impatient! As a woman, I was completely bewildered! Can't problems be resolved through proper communication? I paid for entertainment, not to be treated badly! Why not remove the fish first and then slowly untangle them? Even if I couldn't untangle them, I could afford to pay for ten more lines! I didn't even get a single picture of the fish I finally caught! I hope the cruise company will properly handle this male attendant! If he doesn't like the job, he can go home! Don't let one person affect the overall service quality of the entire crew! All the other staff were very nice and polite! The buffet included on board was excellent! Bottled water and cola were free! Other drinks were chargeable! The snorkeling mouthpieces were disposable and hygienic! The restrooms were separate for men and women, and there were separate changing areas! Fresh water was available for showering on the boat, which was convenient! The catamaran was stable! The atmosphere was lively with music! And it wasn't sunny all day! Sometimes it was windy! If you're worried about the wind, just wear a hat and cover yourself! The sunset was beautiful for photos! I hope the boat company improves its management! Impatient employees who don't like being in the sun should be dismissed and sent home! One person's poor service affected the efforts of other staff! The tour guide speaks Chinese and is a very nice person!!! Note that the thin male staff member watching the fishing area has a particularly bad attitude!!!

At first, we thought the yacht would be packed, but once we got on, our seats were perfectly arranged. We were seated inside, so we'll definitely be using this platform to book other trips to Thailand. Honestly, the itinerary was well-organized, and the day flew by incredibly quickly. I initially thought it would be short, but we didn't get back until after 4:30. The shuttle driver and snorkeling instructor were also very friendly. There was no pushback; they always agreed to anything you wanted to eat, and the prices were very low. I recommend ordering food afterward. The sea urchins were fresh, freshly caught, and very affordable. The crew was also very friendly, and the lunch buffet was delicious. Most of our crew were Chinese, and the other half were from various countries, about 20 people at most. We all had a blast, and the people on the yacht were all very nice. Overall, we had a really great time. We'd love to take a yacht like this again if we have the chance to visit other parts of Thailand. It was truly a joy.

great stuff. Weather conditions made it impossible to visit the cave but we still had a great time snorkelling nonetheless. Guide was great fun.

The instructor was incredibly kind and patient, explaining every step clearly from equipment preparation to getting into the water, which made me feel very at ease. The most touching moment was actually seeing sea turtles swimming so close – a truly unique experience. The water was super clean, and the scenery was beautiful; I took many photos. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to try snorkeling; it will definitely create wonderful memories!


