How to use
[INSTALLING eSIM]
Steps may vary slightly depending on your phone model or system version
 
▶Method 1: In-app Installation for iOS
(Android not supported for this method)
 
• Make sure the Trip.com app is updated
• iPhone must be running iOS 17.4 or later
• Open the Trip.com app
• Go to "All Bookings" and tap "Install"
 
▶Method 2: QR Code or Manual Installation
 
1. Open your order in the Trip.com app and locate the QR code attachment
2. Print it out or save it to another device (iOS 17+ allows saving directly to your phone)
3. On your phone:
• iOS: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM
• Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add eSIM
4. While connected to the internet, tap "Add eSIM" and scan the QR code
5. If scanning doesn’t work, enter the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code manually
 
[USING eSIM]
 
1. Turn off your main SIM
2. Activate the eSIM and set it as your mobile data line
3. Turn on data roaming
4. If you cannot connect to the internet, set the APN manually and restart your phone
 
[APN SETTINGS]
Normally automatic. If needed, enter it manually using the details from your voucher:
 
• iOS: Settings → Cellular → [eSIM] → Cellular Data Network
• Android: Settings → Network & Internet → Access Point Names → Add & Save

Change & Cancellation Policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the expiration date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

[Activation Reminder]

The eSIM activates upon installation in any supported country. If you purchased a multi-country plan, please install it only when you’re ready to start using your data, as activation may begin in any covered region.


[Reinstallation Allowed]

The eSIM can be deleted and reinstalled up to 5 times on the same device. It cannot be transferred to other devices.


[Network Notice]

Signal quality and speed may vary based on local carriers, terrain, building density, and network congestion. Your device will automatically switch to 4G/LTE when 5G is unavailable.


[Website and App Limitations]

This eSIM is for international roaming. Due to IP restrictions, some apps or websites may not work as expected. Functionality may also vary by device brand, system, or version. No refunds will be provided for such limitations.


[Avoid Roaming Fees]

Before using the eSIM, please turn off data roaming on your primary SIM to avoid unexpected international roaming charges. All related costs are the user's responsibility.
