We are a boutique courtyard-style Thai massage spa with over 10 years of operation and an excellent reputation among local residents in Phuket. How to use

Note

Please contact customer support to confirm your appointment time and actual arrival time before placing your order. If you place the order without prior confirmation, the SPA provider will arrange your appointment based on their availability. Please use the service according to the time specified on your confirmation.

1. After placing your booking, download the confirmation voucher (proof of purchase). Contact the store to confirm your visit and arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Present your e-voucher at the spa to redeem your service.

2. Being late for more than 30 minutes or no-show will be considered automatic forfeiture. The SPA will no longer provide service, and no refund will be issued.

The latest time is 30 minutes before closing. Please check the schedule to avoid delaying your valuable trip.

Our opening hours are 10:00 AM–10:00 PM daily. Please note that the latest booking time is 8:00 PM, and you should arrive 15 minutes in advance. If you are late, we may not be able to accommodate you, so please plan your itinerary accordingly.

Do not use the product while intoxicated.

Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, etc., must inform the front desk to avoid operational errors. Failure to notify the front desk will result in personal responsibility, and the establishment bears no liability.

Once booked, it cannot be canceled. Please confirm before booking.
