It was very far from city so better to join the tour bus if you want to see Mt. Kinabal. where is big and mostly covered with clouds. We were lucky that we could see the top of mountain in a while.★

The Handsome Jeff Tan is a wonderful person to be our local tour guide cum chauffeur. He is knowledgeable of the places where we visited. He was energetic during the trip, capable of finding short-cut country roads when there were traffic jams at main roads. He drove for day and night without feeling tired!★

The customer service was excellent, the itinerary was well-planned, and they provided pick-up and drop-off service with timely reminders. The scenery on Mermaid Island is unbeatable, swimming in the Jellyfish Bay is fantastic, the tour guide was very responsible, and the boat and car drivers were excellent – their skills were superb! The lunch on the island was also delicious; I ate two pieces of the fried fish!★

I think this is a very worthwhile part of Kota Kinabalu; the fireflies are beautiful, and the tour guide is excellent. Aside from the slightly bumpy ride on the main road, there are no other downsides.★

I'm very satisfied! The guide kept an eye on our belongings the whole time, so I was able to snorkel with peace of mind. There are only basic showers and no changing rooms, so if you need to change, you'll have to either use the toilet or wrap yourself in a towel and change discreetly.
