When planning the trip, I watched many videos of Phang Nga Bay and was quite fascinated by the pirate ship. We were the only Chinese family on the ship; there were many Indians. The food was so-so, but the scenery was nice—we saw the giant cabbage on Bond Island and tried kayaking through caves. However, the transportation arrangements were extremely poor. The driver was late in the morning and dropped us off at the wrong place in the evening. What should have been a one-hour journey took almost three hours, and the child cried incessantly from hunger.★
