Reviews: Kyoto Kiyomizu-dera Temple + Ninenzaka & Sannenzaka + Kinkaku-ji + Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kyoto millennium day tour

David's service was good and he was very attentive, but the weather was uncooperative the day we went; it rained the whole time.
Reviews: Japan Kyoto Kiyomizu-dera Temple + Yasaka Shrine + Nara Park + Fushimi Inari Shrine One-Day Tour

This was our first trip to Japan as a family of four. We traveled independently and only did a one-day bus tour. Our guide, Seokbong Oh, told us so many interesting stories that we couldn't hear anywhere else, and the tour schedule was also great. It was the most fulfilling day of our trip to Japan. He even recommended a good restaurant, making it a truly happy day.^^

I felt this was a truly heartwarming trip to Kyoto! From the magnificent golden splendor of Kinkaku-ji to the thousand torii gates of Fushimi Inari Shrine, every stop was breathtaking and thought-provoking. The tour guide was knowledgeable, articulate, and incredibly attentive, patiently answering all our questions.
Reviews: Amanohashidate Sandbar & Ine Funaya Village Tour with Optional Sea Cruise

🌳 3 Must-Do Things at Amanohashidate 1️⃣ Climb to the top of "Umbrella Pine Park" for a bird's-eye view of the sandbar → Take the cable car to the top (round trip ¥720), and take a "reverse Fuji" composition from the viewpoint overlooking the sea. → Hidden spot: The west side of the observation deck at the top of the mountain offers a stunning view of the sandbar and the Aso Sea side-by-side! 2️⃣ Walk barefoot on the "Natural White Sand Beach" → Take off your shoes and walk on 2km of pure white sand. The seawater washing over your ankles at high tide is incredibly soothing. → Rent a bicycle (¥500/hour) and chase seagulls along the sandbar, feeling the shape of the wind. 3️⃣ Visit "Chieunji Temple" for amulets → Vermilion torii gates paired with century-old pine trees; seek amulets for academic success/marriage (from ¥800). → Touch the "Manjushri Wisdom Wheel" and spin it three times; legend says it will make you smarter!

The day trip was a great experience; the itinerary was well-planned and the pace was relaxed and not rushed. We met at the agreed-upon location, and the entire journey was quiet and peaceful. Most importantly, no one kept asking for a review after the trip, which was excellent. It would have been even better if the driver had provided some commentary along the way.
