The driver was very attentive to the passengers, patiently explaining the road conditions when we encountered traffic jams. Communication was excellent and his attitude was friendly. Although it was unfortunate that the Kaba ferry couldn't sail due to low water levels, the customer service staff actively assisted in finding alternative solutions, and we were ultimately fortunate enough to see a clear view of Mount Fuji!

As someone who doesn't usually leave reviews, I absolutely have to give our tour guide, Sakura, a huge thumbs up for this Mount Fuji private tour! I was surprised to find it was a global group tour, and the guide switched seamlessly between English, Japanese, and Mandarin. Her explanations on the bus were lively and engaging, and she took excellent care of everyone in the group, being incredibly witty and humorous! This trip was incredibly lucky. We saw the breathtaking Mount Fuji, and the meeting times at each attraction were perfectly timed. We even made it back to Tokyo Station before rush hour! It was such a fortunate trip!

Highly recommended. Unbeatable value for money. The tour guide contacted us the day before, providing clear and helpful meeting information pictures. They even helped take photos, and their photography skills were superb. No shopping stops throughout the trip, very flexible, perfect for those who want to see all the landmarks in one go. Because if you really want to see Mt. Fuji, you need to book the bus and hotel in advance, but it can be frustrating if the weather is bad.
