This tour was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our guide, Ran, was extremely kind and professional. She contacted us the day before to finalize the pick-up details and stayed with us throughout the entire journey. She explained the pandas’ way of life and habits in great detail, pointing out many small but interesting aspects we would have otherwise missed. We also enjoyed pleasant conversations during the trip, which made the long drive very enjoyable. The lunch provided was simple but much appreciated; the mandarin in particular had an amazing fragrance and flavor. Ran was very patient and always available, even offering to take photos for us. I highly recommend this tour: the Wolong Panda Base truly deserves a visit, even though it is about a two-hour drive from Chengdu.

Teacher Zhu's explanations were professional and detailed, with a comfortable pace. He naturally combined historical anecdotes with cultural relics, making the story of Zhuge Liang's life and the rise and fall of the Shu Han dynasty captivating. It was a fantastic experience.

After making a reservation, they contact you via WeChat to confirm the time. There were about 800 different costumes to choose from, which made it difficult to decide, but they let me take my time, so I was able to wear something I really liked. As for makeup and hairstyles, they seem willing to do anything if you have an image in mind, so I recommend preparing some pictures. They guided me through all the poses, which made everything go smoothly. Being able to experience this kind of "wanghong" makeup at this price is a real bargain.

We booked just 1 day in advance a 'private' car trip to Chengdu's Panda Valley and Dujiangyan - Area. As soon as we got a confirmation (at 11pm!) the commuicative staff set up a WeChat (WeiXin) - Group for our trip. Over this group different agents checked in with us, all directly immediately responsive and in English. The driver - we booked 'just' a driver, non Engkish speaking - was already involved. He was used to communicate with a translation app - so no problems at all. We even arranged some different timing and some in between stops with him. Great experience!! Easy going, personal, friendly, helpful and with a very reasonable fair price . Definitely a big recommendation!!
