I had a great experience with the team. At the beginning I couldn't find the access to the building, I mean I was there but it doesn't look like a commercial building (for me looked more as private departments) but the contact was very quick to help me and made a videocall to guide me, inside of the place was very cute and girly. The staff didn't speak English but they were very professional. They asked me if I had an idea of my make up and hairstyle which I didn't but I loved what they did to me. The photographer was a young cute boy who also didn't speak that much of english but was very friendly, guided me very well and made me feel comfortable. I fully recommend this experience for solo female travelers. The pictures are the raw ones. I still don't get the edited ones but they're on time and I loved these ones without editing.★
