It was very convenient to be able to board a train simply by saving the searched schedule. Changing the schedule was also easy. However, the update of delayed train times was a little slow, making it difficult to travel on tight schedules in some sections. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that seat reservations could only be purchased by going to the website first, rather than through the app. Overall, however, I was satisfied.

The tour was very nice. They were well organized, punctual and Antonela our guide was very nice, kind and very knowledgeable.

The opera concert was absolutely fantastic. The guide could have been helpful in finding the restaurant. The restaurant was full and we had to wait 15 minutes to get a table. The food and selection were so-so.

We took this cooking class on February 14th and, as Italians, we were curious about this experience. It was truly wonderful! Chef Elisa made it special with her knowledge and friendliness: she engaged us and made us feel immediately at ease. A highly recommended experience!


