How to use
Departure time:
January 1st to April 15th / September 16th to December 31st 19:00 departure
April 16 to September 15 Departure at 19:30
Please pick up your ticket at the Gwanghwamun Ticket Office 30 minutes before departure. Address: 135-7 Sejong-daero, Jung-gu, Seoul, South Korea
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
Open double-decker bus, open single-decker bus or regular double-decker bus will be randomly arranged depending on weather/traffic/vehicle conditions, etc.
Children under 4 years old can enter for free when accompanied by a guardian
This activity requires a minimum of 10 participants. If this requirement is not met, you can book an alternative date or request a full refund
