The tour was superbly organized. A minibus arrived at the hotel and took us to the pier within an hour. There, we were given stickers and boarding passes based on our lists. Two hours later, we arrived at Tonsai Pier. On board, in the Economy Lounge, we were given tea, coffee, water, and motion sickness pills. Everything was perfect. The captain passed Maya Bay, Pele Bay, and the Viking Cave, giving us a great view.★

We booked ferry tickets from Phuket to Phi Phi. The ferry is old and takes two hours (twice as long as the speedboat), but it's suitable for the elderly (it doesn't get seasick as much) and for pregnant women (they're not allowed on the speedboat at all). We were picked up from our hotel and driven to our destination (the price is included in the ticket). A young man met us at the pier and gave us directions. At check-in, we were given stickers (first and middle class) instead of boarding passes. Seats aren't assigned; you just take available ones (within the amount you've booked). The crew allowed us to get off and go up to the deck above (which is great, as I get very seasick). This ferry allows you to go to Phi Phi Don for a few hours and return the same day. However, we had a hotel booked for several days, so we bought one-way tickets, like many other passengers. When the ferry approaches the islands, it takes 10 minutes to circle around Phi Phi Island (where Maya Bay Beach is), and it's truly beautiful. You can't see this from a boat because it's smaller and lower.★

The tour lived up to the description. We were picked up from our hotel in the morning and taken to the pier. We were also brought back in the evening. We visited all the locations as advertised, but the weather was a bit of a letdown. We had the coolest guide – a sexy man 😅 Even though our English isn't perfect, everything was clear. The tour itself was cheaper than camping. Overall, you can take it without any worries. You'll get the same experience in the end.★

We booked a premium class ticket with hotel transfers. We didn't regret a minute of it. We were picked up from the hotel a little later than scheduled, and it turned out we were closest to the pier. Trip support contacted the driver and explained everything, and we waited without any worries. We arrived at the pier, checked in, received stickers for our deck, and departed right on schedule. The ferry to Phi Phi takes two hours. Premium includes plush sofas, air conditioning, water, muffins, a restroom, and power outlets along the side. Access to the upper open deck is convenient.
