Very satisfied! The tour guide is very professional and kind, and the introduction to each attraction is very in-depth and interesting, which gives me a deeper understanding of Taipei. The itinerary is very smooth, and the movement between the attractions is also very relaxed and comfortable. I especially like to taste food in Yongkang Street and feel the early historical atmosphere of Taiwan in Dihua Street. Every place has its unique charm, and the tour guide is also very good at mastering time and will not feel rushed. Our Jiufen and Shifen Old Street & Shifen Waterfall day tour was absolutely wonderful and one of the highlights of our Taiwan trip. Visiting Jiufen Old Street, Shifen Old Street, and Shifen Waterfall all in one day was very well planned and not rushed. The scenery was beautiful—from the charming streets and local food in Jiufen, to the unique lantern experience in Shifen, and the impressive views at the waterfall. Everything flowed smoothly, making it a very enjoyable day. Our guide Lyndon was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. He explained the history and stories behind each place, made sure everyone was comfortable, and kept the tour relaxed and fun. His guidance truly made the experience more meaningful and stress-free. He took photos too. Highly recommended if you want to see these iconic spots in one day with a great guide and a well-organized itinerary.
