Due to system maintenance, seat reservations are unavailable between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM Japan Time.
Tickets cannot be used on the same day of purchase.
After purchasing your ticket, you must book the limited express train's travel date, time, specific train, and seat online before use.
You can purchase up to 8 tickets each for arrivals at and departures from Kansai Airport on the same day.
Unfortunately, multiple tickets cannot be used simultaneously on a single smartphone. Visitors who purchase multiple tickets must distribute the e-tickets for others to their companions' mobile devices.
When purchasing multiple tickets in one booking, they cannot be used separately. All tickets from the same booking must be used on the same train.
This ticket cannot be used on the day of purchase. It can only be used to reserve seats and board limited express trains starting from the day after purchase.
After purchasing your ticket, you must complete the seat reservation process at least 5 minutes before your desired train's departure time.
For train changes, the change process must be completed at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure of the specified train, and changes are limited to 2 times only.
· Only standard seats can be reserved. Changing to business class seats is not permitted.
Please use the ticket gate designated for e-tickets. E-tickets cannot be used at stations without designated e-ticket gates or at regular ticket gates.

This combo ticket is not valid for Hankyu, Kita-Osaka Kyuko Railway, Kintetsu, or other company lines.
If you travel beyond the valid service area, please inform the staff at the destination station and pay the additional fare.
When taking the subway, simply scan the QR code at the ticket gate that supports QR codes to enter and exit the station.
When using the discount facility, please present the QR code on your ticket to the staff. If the QR code cannot be displayed due to system errors or other reasons, the discount will not be applicable.
Please note that if the facility is closed or the QR code page cannot be displayed, you may not be able to enjoy the discount. In such cases, ticket refunds or refund requests will not be accepted.
- If the tram/train temporarily stops service, only tickets that have been activated and are within their expiration date can be used for alternative public transportation.
Even if the ticket has been used on the same day, it cannot be used as a substitute for public transportation once it exceeds the expiration date.
- If you enter the station within the ticket's validity period, you can exit the station once even if the validity period expires during your journey.
Each ticket is valid for one person only.
- If the ticket cannot be displayed due to device malfunction, dead phone battery, unstable communication service, etc., you will not be able to use the service. In such cases, please pay the fare separately before using the service. Please note that fares paid during periods when tickets cannot be displayed will not be refunded.
