Kyoto and Nara are must-see destinations on any Kansai trip. Every corner of Kyoto exudes elegance and Zen-like tranquility; in Nara, the ancient trees and gentle, bowing deer of Todai-ji Temple add a touch of dynamism to this ancient capital. It was a very enjoyable trip. Our guide, Xiao Tian, was very nice and provided excellent service, introducing attractions and offering suggestions for the itinerary. The other members of our group were also very punctual, and the atmosphere was wonderful.★

I had a truly satisfying bus tour with guide Mika-san from start to finish.
His explanations were incredibly calm and easy to understand, allowing me to naturally grasp aspects of Japanese history I hadn't previously known. He wasn't just relaying information, but also delved into the depth of his knowledge, making it engaging and engaging to listen to. He didn't simply provide a textbook-like explanation, but instead, explained the historical figures and situations in a way that allowed me to recall them, making them even more memorable.
The little details he added throughout the tour were also incredibly entertaining, keeping the journey enjoyable. He also created a relaxed atmosphere, making it enjoyable even though we were meeting new people. He answered every question without seeming annoyed, showing his genuine passion and dedication to his work.
He even helped me make restaurant reservations during the tour, making the itinerary much smoother. He also provided detailed and practical advice when I inquired about dinner afterward, which was incredibly helpful. Thanks to him, I was able to relax and enjoy the rest of the day without having to worry about my route or meal choices.
Overall, the bus tour was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable, with excellent explanations, consideration, and communication. It was a memorable experience during my trip to Japan, and I would love to work with Mika-san again on another bus tour. I confidently recommend it to anyone who's considering it.★

🌳 3 Must-Do Things at Amanohashidate
1️⃣ Climb to the top of "Umbrella Pine Park" for a bird's-eye view of the sandbar
→ Take the cable car to the top (round trip ¥720), and take a "reverse Fuji" composition from the viewpoint overlooking the sea.
→ Hidden spot: The west side of the observation deck at the top of the mountain offers a stunning view of the sandbar and the Aso Sea side-by-side!
2️⃣ Walk barefoot on the "Natural White Sand Beach"
→ Take off your shoes and walk on 2km of pure white sand. The seawater washing over your ankles at high tide is incredibly soothing.
→ Rent a bicycle (¥500/hour) and chase seagulls along the sandbar, feeling the shape of the wind.
3️⃣ Visit "Chieunji Temple" for amulets
→ Vermilion torii gates paired with century-old pine trees; seek amulets for academic success/marriage (from ¥800).
→ Touch the "Manjushri Wisdom Wheel" and spin it three times; legend says it will make you smarter!★

Traveling alone, I booked a day trip to Kyoto departing from Osaka. 😆 Our guide, ViVi, was very friendly and attentive, providing excellent explanations in both Chinese and English. There was plenty of time for sightseeing, making it a very fulfilling day. I have wonderful memories of Kyoto. 😊 The matcha ice cream 🍦 was so delicious! 🤤
