Everyone was extremely helpful and informative. We were looked after well and enjoyed learning about Swarovski. We had a glass of champagne while we decorated our luggage tags. My daughter and I would recommend this if you are travelling to Vienna and like sparkles!

I'm a European exchange student living in Germany. Knowing that I could conveniently travel to other countries by train, I purchased a Eurail Pass. At the time, there was a promotional discount of about 20%, so I got it for about €100 less. I was very satisfied with the price. I could choose to use 15 days within two months, which was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend it.
