This hot spring experience was truly satisfying! The overall environment was clean and comfortable, and the hot spring water was incredibly pure. Soaking in it was not only relaxing, but it also made my skin feel much smoother. The staff were friendly and polite, and their reception and explanations were very detailed, making me feel their dedication.

The Feast Buffet at the Sheraton Hsinchu consistently maintains a very high standard. The food is plentiful, the ingredients are fresh, the environment is spacious and comfortable, and the service is courteous. Overall, it's an excellent experience. Add to that the Sheraton's unbeatable dessert area – exquisite, abundant, diverse, and delicious – and it's a huge plus. The weekday afternoon tea is also very reasonably priced. Highly recommended, definitely worth a try! ❤️

We decided to have dinner at the last minute for New Year's Eve, but many restaurants were full and reservations were impossible, so we chose this one. It might be a one-time experience buffet, but I wouldn't go back because it's really tiny, probably smaller than you can imagine. They had shrimp, sashimi, crab… and the service was okay.


