How to use
(1) Book and purchase your desired cruise itinerary, and check your mobile voucher or email voucher.
(2) Please arrive at the E-land Cruise ticket office 15 minutes before your scheduled time on the day of your booking. ※ Online bookings must still exchange for physical tickets at the ticket office. ※ The ticket office is located in the outdoor area opposite the pier (terminal building). ※ After your booking is confirmed, we will send you a voucher.
(3) Please fill out the boarding report at the ticket office and present it along with your voucher to receive your boat ticket.
(4) Head to "Terminal 2" and board the E-land Cruise!

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 10% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 6:00 PM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
- This offer is not applicable to South Korean passport holders.
- Ferry operation dates may change or be canceled depending on ferry conditions or weather.
- Please proceed to the E-land ticket office to fill out the boarding declaration form. After identity verification, you can exchange for a physical ticket (e-vouchers are not accepted as ID verification is required).
- The Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain show is only open from April to October. Performances may be canceled without prior notice due to bad weather or special circumstances in Seoul.
- Please note that during the pandemic, the actual number of passengers allowed may be adjusted for safety reasons, and vaccination status will be verified on-site.
- Electric wheelchairs and strollers are not allowed on board (foldable wheelchairs and strollers must be folded before boarding).
- During weekends and the spring flower exhibition in April, surrounding roads and parking lots may experience heavy traffic. We highly recommend using public transportation services. (Please note that if you are unable to board the ship on the same day due to parking or traffic issues, your booking cannot be canceled or modified.)
- Please carefully confirm your booking date and product, and be sure to read the instructions in detail. (Yeouido Pier transportation info/ID requirements/usage guidelines and cancellation policy)
- The "Sunset Cruise" operates from 18:00 between February and October, and from 17:00 between November and January. If you wish to enjoy the sunset between May and September, please book the 19:00 Moonlight Music Cruise.
