Guests aged 60 or above are required to sign a written acknowledgment. If they are unable to do so, classes cannot be arranged and refunds cannot be given.

Important note

This tour is open to passengers aged 12 or above, and the price is the same for both adults and children.
Guests aged 60 or above are required to sign a written acknowledgment. Failure to do so will result in no classes being arranged and no refunds being given.
This itinerary is a group class. The instructor will divide the students into groups on site. The teacher-student ratio is approximately 1:8. The teaching content may be adjusted based on the learning situation.
This tour is designed for beginners of skiing. The teaching content focuses on basic skiing skills. It is not recommended for non-beginners to sign up for the tour.
Each registered passenger may bring on board a maximum of one lap-sized luggage bag.
Items such as snow suits, goggles and helmets in the all-inclusive plan cannot be rented separately, and the difference in rental fees cannot be refunded if one of the items is not needed.
Regarding the cable car ride, since students need to slide down the slope on their own after riding the cable car, considering the safety of the students themselves and other snowboarders, the instructor will determine whether to allow students to ride the cable car based on the students' learning status. If students are not allowed to ride the cable car, the cable car fee will not be refunded.
If part of your itinerary is cancelled due to delays caused by force majeure such as traffic or weather, please contact customer service and we will process a partial refund for you.
In the event of bad weather conditions such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., we will decide whether to cancel the tour before departure and will notify you by email at any time.
As skiing is an outdoor sport, it is not recommended for passengers who are not suitable for over-stimulation, pregnant women, epilepsy, heart disease, fear of heights, high risk of falls, fractures, major surgery, etc. Passengers are advised to consider their own health conditions. If you insist on participating, you do so at your own risk. If you feel unwell, please inform the staff immediately.
Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 15 minutes in advance to avoid delays in your subsequent journey. Latecomers will not be accepted.
The shuttle bus departs on time, so please be sure to adhere to the departure time. If you are late for personal reasons and miss the departure time, it will be considered as a waiver of the ticket and you will not be able to apply for a refund or rescheduling.
Lessons are available for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. During free time, please pay attention to safety and assess your own abilities. We do not recommend going to intermediate or advanced ski slopes.
The restaurants in the ski resort cannot provide vegetarian meals. Those with special dietary habits are advised to prepare their own meals before visiting.
As Hokkaido experiences low temperatures in winter, we recommend that you bring your own warm clothing and a woolen hat.

Passengers are requested to bring their own cold-proof clothing, ski gloves, long socks and woolen hats. As the snow reflects sunlight, which is equivalent to looking directly at the sun, passengers are requested to wear snow goggles and other protective measures.
Passengers who do not purchase a complete ski suit must bring their own ski clothing (snowsuit and snow pants). Please refrain from wearing inappropriate clothing (e.g., down jackets, jeans, cotton trousers, etc.) to avoid damp, cold, and discomfort during skiing, which may increase the risk of injury.
