Everything was fine; the bus was quite clean. The driver was reasonable and non-aggressive. I was given online assistance with all my questions. I enjoyed the trip. The only thing was that it was quite cold on the bus.

The driver was punctual. One day before the trip, I was contacted via email and through the Trip.com booking system. The driver requested to be contacted via WeChat, which made communication easy. He picked me up at the designated location, drove well, and provided excellent service. Highly recommend!
