From the very beginning of the journey, 何师傅 was warm, friendly, and professional. He made everyone feel welcome and ensured the trip ran smoothly from start to finish. Throughout the journey, he shared many interesting stories and insights about the local culture, history, and attractions, making every stop much more meaningful and enjoyable. As both our guide and driver, 何师傅 demonstrated excellent driving skills. The mountain roads can be challenging, but he drove with great care and confidence, making everyone feel safe and comfortable throughout the trip. His punctuality and thoughtful planning also allowed us to make the most of our time at each destination without ever feeling rushed.

It is a great way to connect from the Chengdu train, bus waited at the car park upon our arrival, The driver advised us to align the nearest drop off point which is 5 min walk to the hotel. The return trip only has limited pickup points, Can easily Didi around 10+ yen.

They confirmed the booking via WeChat beforehand. The car was in good condition. It was raining when we arrived, and we had trouble finding the car, but the driver eventually found us.😅 He drove well and the journey was safe. We were dropped off very close to our accommodation, in an area with many restaurants, almost right by KFC.

The booking page had a lot of options and I accidentally selected the wrong one but the staff helped me correct it and ensured that I got where I needed to be, when I wanted to be, I’d say they went above and beyond in customer service and would definitely recommend them again. The driver was very friendly, happy to chat and give local recommendations and the organisational skills of the service were great, with updates being provided along the way.

We had a change of HSR time but it was an ease to contact the company via wechat, they were very nice to accommodate another car for us and to pick us up from another station! Really eased our worries
