The waddling penguins were adorable, and the scene was very quiet; everyone was intently watching the penguins go home.

The tour was wonderful although not as many penguins as we expected, however the seals kept us entertained. Due to the number of people we decided to go back the next day and took our time going through the museum where we watched a video, stopped to read every piece of information, took some photos of the information, we would have spent well over an hour I would think and then the lovely lady on reception was extremely helpful and informative. Finally, I have a problem climbing stairs and my husband arranged prior to the event that I could enter from the rear and 2 x seats were reserved for us by the main tour guide on the night, unfortunately I have forgotten her name.

Had a beautiful tour of the Otago peninsula followed by the incredible experience seeing Kororā/Little blue penguins coming in from the sea for the night. They are so cute and you get to see them really close from the platform. It was our first time seeing penguins in the wild and it was a real bucket list experience. Our guide Dani was fantastic, we learnt loads about the penguins and other local wildlife

Our tour guide Billy organized everything perfectly and catered to our wishes. The group size of 7 people was ideal. The entire trip is highly recommended!
