I received a confirmation letter after booking, the information was very clear, and ticket collection was also very convenient. Everything went smoothly. I arrived at the ticket exchange point early to exchange my ferry ticket, and the ferry was very punctual. Thumbs up!★

We took a speedboat with a transfer from Ubud (it was cheaper than taking a taxi). The driver arrived on time and took us to the ticket office, where we helped get tickets. The speedboat departed on time, and the ride was about 40 minutes. I highly recommend it.★

The boat itself is good. It has air conditioning. We bought a ticket for 1:00 PM, but the departure was at 3:00 PM. We had to spend three hours in the heat at the very small port, practically on the dock. If we'd known about the delay, we would have spent our time elsewhere. The departure time was pushed back an hour, then 49 minutes, 20... the reason is clear: not many people go from Nusa Penida to the Gili Islands. It's probably better to go via Padang Bay. Or buy a ticket for 2:00 PM. My badge was changed three times.★

Very good price. I got the boat Waruna. It's a shame they don't let you on top of the boat, even for an extra fee. Only the general cabin.★

The transfer picked us up from the hotel and took us to the Sanur port. The driver went to the check-in counter and brought us tickets. Then the shuttle took us to the pier. We didn't see a VIP lounge there, but everything went very well 👌
