Akhiro is a great guide - friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The whole evening felt like hanging out with an old buddy and bar hopping around cool local spots. He will listen to your questions carefully and provide honest feedback about what's good and what's not so good when it comes to best places to eat (e.g. tourist trap vs. where locals actually eat). His recommendations were all spot on when I tried the next day.★

All the attractions were absolutely beautiful! The itinerary was very well-organized; I don't know how much time it would have taken me to go on my own. Old Li was such a help to us at Asahikawa Zoo today! She planned our itinerary perfectly and even gave us some really sweet tangerines – so thoughtful! Later, when our train schedule suddenly changed, Old Li didn't hesitate and took us to the JR station's ticket window. She communicated with the staff in Japanese and busied herself helping us resolve the complicated rebooking process. We were so grateful to her; otherwise, we don't know how long we would have been stuck in this mess. We were so lucky to have such a helpful tour guide on our trip! Thank you, Old Li! ♥️
