The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. I recommend it to everyone, whether you are a family, a couple or just going alone! The program was very good. Murano was the first stop, where a glass vase and a horse were presented within the glass factory. Afterwards, we were able to shop in the sample shop. After the boat set off, we could also see the flamingos grouping in the island groups. We had never seen them before, so it was a great experience. The weather was favorable. The last stop was Burano, where we had lunch in a restaurant with 1.5 hours of free time where we could taste seafood, prepared the way local chefs do, and we also had a short walk. The colorful houses, narrow streets and the goods of the small shops made our trip more colorful. Don't miss it if you are or have been there!★

I have no complaints; everything was great (hotel, transport, Venice, the welcome). However, being a bit of a worrier by nature, I needed reassurance over the phone regarding the border passes. I had to give up because I was spending too much time on the phone.
