I booked a bus ticket, but it turned out to be a car. The upsides were that it arrived quickly and the driver was excellent, very nice and chatty. Initially, Trip.com informed me that I would have to change vehicles, which worried me because of the language barrier. They asked me to add them on WeChat, and I had to write in English for better communication. The driver was kind enough to drop me off at my accommodation, saving me some money on transportation. If you encounter a similar situation and manage to contact the driver, take photos of the waiting area and yourself and send them to the driver so they can find you.★

I booked the shuttle bus, but unable to contact agents/ driver via WeChat. I always asked local people to call them to provide the exact location. The agent/driver never even contacted me for confirmation.★

Everything was fine; the bus was quite clean. The driver was reasonable and non-aggressive. I was given online assistance with all my questions. I enjoyed the trip. The only thing was that it was quite cold on the bus.★

For this trip from the Jiuzhaigou entrance to Huanglong Jiuzhaigou Station, I originally booked a standard nanny bus, but the platform unexpectedly upgraded me to a nine-seater business nanny van for free! What a pleasant surprise! The entire experience far exceeded my expectations, and I have to write a long review to praise our driver, Xiao Min (license plate number Sichuan U1801F)!
The driver's service was absolutely amazing—his attitude was warm and his driving was incredibly steady. The entire ride was smooth, and even the winding mountain roads felt incredibly safe. He proactively helped us stow our luggage upon boarding and thoughtfully reminded us to take our belongings with us upon exiting. Every detail was truly heartwarming.
The interior was also incredibly comfortable, with the perfect air conditioning temperature, spacious and clean seats, and a quiet, undisturbed ride, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery while resting. The free upgrade to a nine-seater business van was ample and comfortable, and the experience was truly amazing!
In short, not only did we enjoy the beautiful scenery, but we also felt the warm, attentive service of our driver. I highly recommend this service; if you encounter this driver, you'll be truly lucky on your trip! Thank you again, driver, for your hard work. I wish you a safe journey and prosperous business!
