Reviews: From Bucharest: Slănic Prahova Salt Mine Ticket and Transfer

Very well-organized trip... The departure was on time 😊... We were a group of about 15 people in a minibus. The guy who accompanied us made us stop for about 10 minutes on the way there, and on the way back, during the journey, he explained a few things about what we saw along the way. As for the tour inside the salt mine, I found it very beautiful and relaxing. You can tour it independently in about an hour, and inside you can find bars, restaurants, and even a playground for children. Since I went on a Saturday morning, fortunately I didn't encounter many people inside, so I was able to take the time to look around carefully. I think this experience is worth having at least once in your life! 😊

The driver was very good and careful despite the snowy road. Our guide, Andreea, was professional, helpful, and kind. The mine is evocative and the monastery very beautiful. We returned on time despite the adverse weather.

The salt mines aren't anything special, and if, like us, you've already been to the ones in Krakow, they're disappointing. But Andreea is an exceptional guide, and Dracula's tomb is worth a visit. The transportation and bathroom/lunch breaks were well-organized. No negatives.
