Taking my mother on a trip to visit three cities, enjoying wine tasting with a great charcuterie board, fine wines, and a phenomenal balsamic olive oil (aged for 20 years), was perfect. Guides Fiamma and Marco were spectacular! Thank you to the whole team!

Easy to purchase tickets on app. Ticket we bought allowed us access to all the various buildings in the Duomo complex. We did not use audio guide. Highly recommend visiting.

The meeting point with the guide is very well indicated. She showed us where to enter. Once inside, the security check is quick, and you're already in the gallery. The audio guide takes a little while to understand, but once you get the hang of it and get used to it, you can explore on your own. It's well explained in the selected language. You have unlimited time to view the artworks and stay in the museum. A great experience.

Got there in my time slot, was given printed out skip the line tickets, and walked to the start of the line by a guide. Went straight into the gallery. Really worth it!!!

Great trip. The guide, Elisabeth, was really friendly and helpful and provided all the information needed. The two villages visited were beautiful. There was not as much time in Pisa as I would have liked (just over an hour, so time to see the tower and the cathedral but not much else), however I understand why it would not be logistically possible to give more time here without cutting back time in the Cinque Terre as this was already a 12 hour day. Overall I really enjoyed this trip and will just have to find an excuse to come back and visit Pisa again (it would be worth it!)

What a lovely evening, just the right length. Very intimate. Comfortable seating. The only thing I would say is that the app said to arrive at 8:20, but the doors didn't open until 8:45. It was rather chilly, so I would have preferred to arrive once the doors were open. I recommend it.


